5 Reasons Why Self-Directed Golf Fitness Programs Fall Short

Today’s post was taken from the Titleist Performance Institute website.  It was written by Ryan Blackburn, owner of Orlando Golf Performance and TPI certified fitness professional.  I am not going to comment on it that much, but it is interesting to note that 3 out of the 5 reasons that he gives is directly related to the assessment process and individualization of programming.  To put it simply, it matters.  I have not had the opportunity to meet Ryan, but I think he hit the nail on the head with this one.
